I can also recommend Hostgator has a very good service, I have used Hostgator over 3 years and never had any problems, I have always received quick support which is good especially when you are a beginner and could use some help quickly.
use the coupon “hostgator22″ to receive $ 9.94 discount on package price

It has taken me 1 1/2yrs to learn all that has been taught in 30DC . I know nothing about marketing nor have any technical knowledge. I learned through trial and error. Only discovered 30DC by accident. Wished I knew about it earlier. The experts here deserve accolades as they have done this systematically. You will still be paying lot more for the different lessons/topics other Gurus are selling but not actually showing the process. 30DC is Free! You have to invest $ to do biz online.

Money? I doubt it…time? Yes, definitely. All these “experts” are promoting their products, hoping you’ll like the 30DC and will buy their products.

Where is the video that tells us if and when we need a business licence and tax number etc in order to operate without getting in trouble with the government, the law and the IRS?

You can purchase your domain from GoDaddy and the change the server names to your hostgator servers… this will save you a few bucks in the process and it is EASY to do….

hey leighabaer,

Thanks.

I learned that the hard way. Needless to say I’ll follow the 30DC more diligently.

Go Daddy does not have the “cpanel” required to integrate with WordPress Direct.

Thanks Nez – good video. I’ve actually used Hostgator myself for a while now and haven’t had any problems whatsoever.

If I have any questions I just use their Live Support which is really good (and normally pretty quick).

I would definitely recommend them to other 30 Day Challengers!

In my exp, the live helpdesk support will tell you everything you need to know, it is easy to go that route, for anything you ever want to know. They are FREE to ask anything. Also, I have a reseller account, so I setup each domain with nameservers etc and it is very easy after you have done one. Dont be scared of this! Host gator has been excellent for me, used for over 2 years.

caseyhootnholla,

You can buy a domain from anywhere but buying your first domain through Host Gator will make the process of getting your site up and running happen much faster.

If you buy your hosting at Host Gator but your domain somewhere else, you will have to learn how to change the domain’s DNS settings to point at your hosting account. Plus, after you change the DNS settings, there may be a day or so delay before your site will be live (depending on the domain registrar).

Host Gator the only one we should work with or is godaddy ok. I think its cheaper there also?
