What can we do legally if the internet company is reluctant to extend our domain name?
Our domain name is about to expire at Meccahosting, We’ve been trying to extend it for over month, but they are reluctant to do it or not willing to release our domain name. We’re afraid to loose our domain name. We the owner of the domain name and we have to right to extend. What can we do legally besides from reporting to BBB. (better business bureau)

I say take the name of the nastiest authority you can report to, and threaten the hosting people with going to them.
At the same time, I suggest you drop your company’s name to this authority (but make no mention of meccahosting for the moment), just so you can get the ball rolling as quickly as possible if necessary.
