How long will baked sweet potatoes last?
I am making a sweet potato recipe that uses cream, sugar, sugar, and orange juice. If I make it on Sunday night, will it last refridgerated until Thanksgiving?

I have to travel with a sweet potato dish for Thanksgiving, Monday evening is the earliest I can make the sweet potato dish before we leave- are there any recommendations for recipes that will keep?

It will be fine as long as you keep it well-chilled in the fridge. You should also be good for left-overs on Friday, but then it will be time to toss any left-overs away. We have owned and run a family restaurant for over 30 years, so I am speaking from years of experience.
Some of these people on here wouldn’t know a kitchen tip if they ran into one! You’ll be fine, and you won’t harm anyone!

I would say that is a little long to pre-make for Thanksgiving. The very earliest I would do it is Wednesday.
