What is the difference between a sweet potato and a regular potato besides the color and taste?
I always thought that the sweet potato was healthier for you, but why?

let’s see sweet potatoes is orange and sweet plus more fibery thatn reuglar potaoes
regular potatoes are usaully pale yellow, bad potatoes are raelly yewllow they have not good taste, like they were eaten or frozen
sweet potatoes are more fattening than regular potaoes but they taste better if you like sweet stuff on rich or something’
