I absolutely love sweet potatoes. I can’t figure out why people mix them up so much but I am starting to see that even big companies like Outback Steakhouse and baby food makers like Gerber are calling yams “sweet potatoes.”

Sweet potatoes are YELLOW on the inside and lighter in color on the outside than yams. They have an almost chewy firmness and they taste like a potato, only sweet.

Yams are ORANGE and they are mushy and stringy when cooked. They actually have an almost squash-like flavor. They do not taste like a potato at all.

So what is the deal? Who knows the difference between them and WHY is everyone so confused???

Like sweet sour botter and salty all seem the same to me. I cant differentiate between them. I can tell if th food tastes good or bad and food all has distinct flavors; I just cant tell if theyre sweet sour bitter or salty. I just know spicy. Is this a medical condition or something? :/

My question is, since ipconfig /all does not give an external IP address, are they the same? Why are theyre three?

But it seems that semi-sweet tastes the same as dark chocolate (well at least to my unrefined palate). Both a bit more bitter than milk chocolate. So whats the difference? I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate. And like the taste of semi-sweet as well. Just not sure what the difference was!
